SR5020 Booklet Finisher Fold Problem

I have an SR5020 booklet finisher on a Toshiba E-Studio 1105(Ricoh 1107) copier in a very busy shop that only uses it for 11x17booklets. The units have been there since2011 and have 4.5 million clicks.I have taken the booklet unit out a few timessince this has happened in an attempt to fix it.I have replaced numeroussensors and cleaned the motors and belts.Suggestions please?

Try lubing the shaft that the the crease roller rides on.
