    [Misc] eStudio 3040c windows drivers

    Good Morning,

I recently purchased a Toshiba eStudio 3040c i installed the PCL universal drivers I am tying to print to the Booklet Maker Finisher and every time I print it either does not put the toner on the paper or it either does not staple or fold it seems to do what ever it wants. Might I have installed the wrong drivers? I am using windows 10 can some one please direct me to install the proper drivers or instruct on how to print 11x17 booklets and staple in the middle.

    thank You,
    Glen

For you to select the booklet folding functions you have to configure your driver to recognize that it has these options available. On the driver properties screen, go to the Device tab, and select the options that are installed on your machine. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
