    jam codes? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        Here are a few possibilities:
Misfeeds jam code E5A0, E010. (9) jammed pages are found in the fuser claws. Enduser is copying book originals, leaving a heavy black border. Combined with 1mm voids, the resulting copies jam in the fuser claws. Paper reaching the other side of the fuser roller blocks the thermistors, causing a minor meltdown. Replace upper fuser roller (melted plastic inside), white heater sheath, and any melted fuser claws. Perform image adjustments, specifically increasing the lead edge void to 4mm, and trail void to 3mm. Demonstrate use of the Edge Erase function when copying book originals.

Misfeeds (E5A0) at the fuser exit. Also possible, streaks. Web motor does not run (during copying or 03-124:ON, 03-174:OFF). Pin connecter to red wire backs out of the connector, losing contact. Heat roller build up with toner when it isn't cleaned for 90K prints. Refit retracted pin into the connector.

I have had this on a number of Toshiba lct for me its always been the rubber rollers on a shaft that are mounted on the lct access door become hard and slick you should be finding paper right there just starting to come in at the access door I use rubber rejouvinator of replace the rollers on the door also clean or replace the rollers in the lct that contact the ones on the door
well that's my 2 cents worth hope its that simple and nothing to complicated
