Just an FYI
Before I left the shop, I grabbed a LGC, SYS and IMG PCB per the manual from a parts machine, then decided to do a quick look about this code in the forum. Somebody posted that a blown fuse on the PS can cause this, so I grabbed a PS. First I checked the fuses on the PS, all good. After an hour of replacing the PC's one at a time and putting the old ones back in after no success, I replaced the PS. That was the problem. Almost two hours to fix what wasn't even in the manual is ridiculous. The only silver lining is that my PS PCB protected all those fuses.
