Calls it a operating system start error. Went through the procedure and rebooted it. It says that if it has still not recovered to reinstall the HDD software. Does anyone have the HDD master data T190HDOWxxxx.? "xxxx" is the version name. Not sure what our original version was, but any should work. Does anyone have this? You install it from a flash drive through the USB port. Willing to trade or buy. Thanks for your help!
