    [Misc] E-studio 232 skewing copies

Not familiar with adjustments for this machine. Copier is skewing copies out of cassette and i think also document feeder. It looks to be side to side. Does this machine have an adjustment for side to side registration in service mode. And how do you get into service mode for the adjustment if so?
Also, unplugged copier to inspect copier for noise customer was complaining about and after i left they called back to say wasn't printing anymore. Checked all the obvious if ethernet cable was connected correctly, but everything seemed fine. Does this machine need to be reset up to their network every time you disconnect power?

Thanks in advance for any help,

Most of the time I find skewing is due to the paper tray fences not being tight to the paper or the gear that drives the paper fences are broken. Remove the tray and take the metal plate out. 1 screen holds the gear and check the fences for cracks or missing gear.
As for the networking. Sometimes the machine will be hooked up to pull dhcp and when powered down another wireless device will steal the machines ip adress so go to network settings and check that.
