I updated the firmware and a previously working machine gave me an F350 Error... I replaced the SLG board and it started working OK. I had to reinstall firmware and sure enough F350 again.. is there anyway I can reset the SLG board and reinstall firmware again to troubleshoot...

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
