    [CQ] Toshiba ES 2550C color calibration unstable

    The color registration is off in the paper feed direction. I have tried adjustment mode [05]. Select code [4719] and the problem persists.
    I have cleaned the copier thoroughly and it only has 180K total prints. Customer is using OEM toners. No error codes. Just crummy registration, which is not consistent.

    Any assistance appreciated

      you could try color registration under the admin tab in user tools, but my bet is the transfer belt bushings are starting to bind up, remove the belt assembly and remove the 2 spring loaded plastic pieces that hold the big roller on the end of the belt that are closest to the cleaning assembly.

          Have you looked at the patches on the primary transfer belt? Any CA00 or CE40's? =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
