[Error Code] eStudio 2050c HDD Format + Load with new firmware

First of all I would to like thank all the extremely helpful users of this forum. I have read many posts over the last few days and it has given me a much better understanding of these machines.

My situation is this: I have an eStudio 2050c with a F106_5 error code. I initially thought the drive was dead as I removed it and attempted to format it/repartition it using my desktop PC and it wouldn't work. I now understand this is because the drive is encrypted. I am told the previous owner didn't complete an update properly and gave up on the machine.

I am going to format the HDD using the 3C menu and then load the firmware via USB.

I have bought the service manual and after studying the instructions I am ready to start however I cannot find where to download the correct firmware for the machine to load to USB!

Does anyone know where I can download this firmware? A very helpful member told me it would be firmware model T569ALLOW2190 USB.zip (Version 2190)

Is there somewhere I can get this firmware? Or if someone has this firmware, would they be able to kindly send it to me? I would be very grateful.

Thank you in advance for anyone who can help at all.

Update: I managed to restore the HDD to factory settings but now have error code F101_1

Still can't find the firmware to load to USB to install on the machine!

    Can anyone help?

That means that formatting the drive will not fix your issue. You'll need a new drive. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Root partition mount error (HDD formatting fails.): The HDD cannot be connected (mounted) caused by damage to the areas in which the program is mainly stored.

        Yep, need a new drive

I don't disagree with the drive st dead - however they did state they attempted to format using a PC so the key would have been blown away - I don't 'think' the revert factory will restore the key mismatch - you could try key backup/restore procedure in the manual - What I would do is check the keys; use the HDD check tool for that machine and that will lead you to either needs firmware or needs drive.
