If the code is 629 in the 08 mode on 1, the department will be definitely active.
I suggest that first of all, reset the Department Code by the execution of code 672 in 08 Mode before.

A dealer called that installed one of our vend stations. Their customer also wanted to be able to use department codes. When vending is turned on department codes do not stay enabled. Can anyone tell me if you are able to use Department codes and vend with cash at the same time on a Toshiba MFP? The dealer told me he'd contacted Toshiba directly but they were no help.
