Estudio 3508A printing issue.

Hi,
This estudio 3508A gives interesting issue. The machines configure smoothly on USb and network. But when send a print from computer via USB cable, the print is received in machine and nothing comes out. The log says print completed, data light also blinks while receiving data. On network the print goes out of PC but nothing happens on machines not in log nothing.

Any idea what's going on, have checked all the settings in machine and all seems fine.

Could it be something like an incorrect media type, or mismatched paper size? Are job account ID's set up?

Check the Invalid queue located under the Print drop down box when you press the Print icon on the LCD panel.

If your print jobs went here, you have not correctly configured the print driver.

If the machine is setup to receive only Hold jobs or Private/Hold jobs you will get a similar issue as you described. Look into Top Access in Printer section somewhere in the top list there is a drop down to choose the print behavior.
