E-2802AF maintenance message

Tech says he cleared all of the PM items in 05 mode, but the maintenance message won't turn off.
I looked in the CSV files using the MMDT2 tool, there are still several 05 codes with counts.
Anyone know what the trick is to turn off the maintenance message?
