    e478S flashing blue/red LED. LVPS?

I have a e478s in a recycling facility where the LCD panel is lit up but dull grey. There are red/blue LED flashing below the volume +/- button.

A Google search reveals that the Low Voltage Power supply is suspect.

Has anyone resolved this issue by replacing the LVPS? $165.00 USD.

Sorry, I've only seen a couple of these over the years. If I remember correctly it is a Lexmark rebadged Toshiba.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I replaced, at high $ cost, the main controller board. This still did not bring the copier back into operating condiition..

There is mention of a 3rd board for the LCD panel.
