Top Access General page random reset?

    Hey all,

We have two Toshibas at the same location - a 7516ac and a 6516ac. I got an email from the customer stating the machine would not come out of print mode when it is sleeping. I log in remotely to both machines. We set all of our settings in Top Access before the machines go out into the field.

The 7516ac is perfectly fine. The 6516ac has somehow deleted ALL setting in the general page, grayed out the Save / Cancel so I can't make any changes. I have never seen this before. I've seen little random internal errors when saving, but never this. What's strange is under the location on the first screen, the location is still there under Device. It's in Admin / General that everything is screwed up. Emails, scan to emails settings, IP and network, notification alerts, all fine and dandy.

We have not done anything else as of yet to fix it. Our first guess is firmware, our second guess would be HD replacement. I just wanted to come here first to see if we're on the right path or if it's a board.

I did that actually...tried Firefox and Safari.

Tech went out, disabled super sleep mode at machine, works fine now. Holy smokes, that was strange.

There were some past issues with printing, when coming out of sleep mode that were corrected with firmware updates. I forget which version had the issue.
