    2508A paper calibraiton

Hello. The document comes to the printer but it does not print. I think the paper is out. But there is paper. I need to re-adjust the paper settings. How can I do this from the service menu? Can you please help?

If you're trying to do this service call remotely, I think you'll have more success if you go out and look at the machine. It is very common for the paper tray guides to be misadjusted, the tray slammed, or the paper size mismatched in the User Menu. You won't be able to tell any of those things remotely.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I agree with blackcat. also, once on site, make sure someone hasn't set the paper "type" to "inch" from Metric (if the country you are in uses metric).
Another thing that will stop printing is if they have the paper weight set incorrectly from plain, thick 1, thick 2 etc.
