Toner not Recognized

Hello guys,

Model - Toshiba 256SE

MFP is working properly but Toner not recognized.
I checked Key Backup and Restore
I saw,

SRAM key - KeyBroken
FROM key - KeyNull
SRAM license - OK
FROM license - OK
SRAM ADIkey - OK
FROM ADIkey - OK

I cannot copy SRAM to FROM or FROM to SRAM. Operation Failed.

Please help me to fix that problem.

Are you using Toshiba original toner?

If yes, make sure the four contacts at the back of the toner cartridge are clean.

If you remove the copier's inner deck, you can see the four springs at the back that connect with the toner cartridge. Make sure they are clean and not deformed.

If still not working, replace this same contact unit.

Yes bro. I am using original toner and I cleaned it. But problem is not solved. Please help me.
