4515 Fuser Broken Gear - Popping Noise

Fuser Drive gears popping as if there is broken teeth (such as the old 4540 or 6550 days) Has anybody else started to run into this on these 15 series models? Trying to figure out what gear it is that causes the problem. Drive gears on the fuser assy? or Drive gears in the fuser drive assy on the back of the machine?

I've had intermittent grinding noises due to broken or damaged teeth on the main drive gear of the fuser, very rarely if the fuser size gear has worn down enough the gear on the machine side may also be worn, but I've found it pretty rare. It seems once the main drive gear on the fuser gets to a certain age it becomes brittle.
No, I will not send you Manuals, Software or your own little repair Genie to fix all your problems for you.

UPDATE...Pulled the drive assy. and replaced the main fuser output gear and then replaced the drive gears on the fuser assy. It took care of it...BUT still don't see broken teeth or a major wear...????
But before replacement it will thump like grandma's ole wasing machine
