    ES3555c skewing duplexing

I have a estudio 3555c with saddle stitch fins
    1) the second side of a duplexed image is skewed ive lubed all the paper feed points, rollers etc.. the is a small paper guide gate right above the fuser that seems to not fully function as in it sorta catches slightly when it opens and closes, but im not sure this has anything to do with duplexing
    2) the saddle stitch finisher jams the machine "paper miss fed in folder area" there is no paper in the area and we were not folding a booklet...? we were using the sort function, but not folder. can this be resolved with any re set function? or no
    Thank yo for any suggestions

What's the condition of your fuser rollers? I've seen lots of duplexed jams occur because of paper sticking to the fuser rollers.

If your finisher is jamming check the sensors, there's an output test in it's service manual.

And along with the fuser rollers, if they've been in a long time, the lower roller can swell, or at least one side or the other, changing the speed between the
fuser and the drive/alignment rollers, which can pull/push the paper at the wrong speed.

Another common issue with this series is a loss of tension on the white idler rollers mounted to the outside of the fuser assembly and in the exit path area. The plastic that the leaf springs attach to often break, so the idler rollers don't provide sufficient tension. This will cause skewing and jamming.

E110, E510, and paper skew might be caused by lack of idler roller pressure. The small plastic retainer feature can be repaired with a length of small paper clip, bent like a staple, and some strategically positioned #67 drilled holes.

Regarding the saddle stitcher, you're going to have to track down each sensor and figure out which one is not changing state. You can check sensor output in 03 mode (and a little manual reading). =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
