Toshiba 5528A Waste Toner Box Full

I have replaced the waste toner cartridge and also replaced the waste toner motor but still get the error message

Are you getting CD40 error code, if so your logic board might be fried. If you have access to the Toshiba Portal there is a BSI detailing this issue.

There was a TSB issued in March of 2025 regarding a problem with the waste toner paddle motor M7.
As mentioned above, it takes out the driver on the logic board. If you replace the logic board, REPLACE
the logic board as well.
Log into the TABS site, in tech to go and look up TSB-3113.
Fill out the info & open a hotline ticket. I'm guessing ATSG will want the motor/board back and send
you a replacement.
It might also help, again, if you have access to the TABS sight to download and run the board diagnostic
tool. It will pretty much take the guess work out of it.

I'm sure he reffered to replace as pair logic board and the waste toner motor
