    KD1058, self identies as a KD1059

    New setup, after easy setup, machine rebooted, showed close LCF drawer which was interesting
    because it had the paper feed unit, not the LCF. unplug/reconnect harness, checked firmware
    nothing out of the ordinary.

    Called the hotline, said hang on...I've seen that before. Then he pointed me to the bulletin.
    On the LCF, "due to supply chain issues" you have to connect the harness from the deck, to the
    individual connectors. Yellow to Yellow, white to white.
    BUT on the paper feed deck, you connect yellow to white and white to yellow.
    Forgot about that bulletin.

    Who in their right mind, thought it would be a good idea to do it that way?

      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
