Scan to email on a 330ac

Normally this is pretty basic for me. According to the scan logs, this machine was working fine on 9/26, then they shut down to let the hurricane pass, they get back to the office and their scan to email is failing. We're using a default account for testing that has worked for months. To this point this is the only account I'm aware of using the gmail server that is having issues. I'm attaching a screen shot of the error that's reported. I've adjusted port settings to 587, and back to 25, I've changed dns server setting, and auto configured them nothing seems to be working.

    GoToAssist update 2.jpg

Thanks in advance for your help.

From the screenshot, I understood you tested with a good known account, the errors you get may be related to a firewall or some kind of traffic blocking the machine through that IP. If you can change the IP to something else or best just set it to dynamic and use what it picks, it will pull the dns as well if for some reason you got them wrong. Can you ping google dns from the machine?

... one of my favorite Toshiba copiers. They are hard to get and Toshiba cannot make enough plus all of the supply chain difficulties that still plague the industry.

My simple solution to the Gmail app security requirement is to use a different email smtp client.
