There is no such model as an e Studio 5200C. Before we get any further, can you identify the model? =^..^=

You are actually right the model is e-studio 5520c,and gives the above error. could you be having the firmware within your achieves,thanks

Hello comrades i have the above machine with error mentioned above,upon switching on the error cannot find HDD data props up any ideas appreciated thanks.
