WINDOWS Desktop Faxing driver for 05/15/08/18 series

Hey all, I feel like I SHOULD know this but I am just drawing a blank.

I have a customer who has an 08a that has recently inquired about faxing from Windows. I have a MacBook that when I install the driver on Mac, it automatically installs the fax driver under the fax portion of Mac. How does one fax from desktop in Windows? Is it a separate driver or is it via something in the current driver that you click on when printing? I assume it's the NW Fax driver but I cannot find it for the life of me.

Or is it in the whole DVD ISO on business.toshiba / FYI? Sorry for the brain lock!

Assuming you have a GD1370NA fax board installed, you need to download the "Full Installer" #CSW2202 from Toshiba | Business to Business Integrated Solutions support.

Once extracted, you can select just the Fax driver and Address Book.

You should see eStudio Fax listed. Under Layout you probably need to switch from A4 to LT.

Make sure the Fax driver is pointed at the same IP address as the copier.

This driver is rarely installed and is really intended only for users with light fax requirements. If your user thinks this will be some kind of Enterprise fax server they will become quickly discouraged and should consider a Cloud based solution like XM Fax.

Roger that! I'll test it out. It's for very light faxing, doesn't need to be too robust. Smaller medical facility, few pages here and there.
