Couple things...pull the fuser out, see if it will power up.
After that, disconnect any ribbon cables from the system to the logic, along
with the "power" cable on the logic (it's usually the larger wires, red, blue, white, black).
See if it will try to power up.
Also, double check the low voltage power supply for any blown fuses. Check them with
a meter. The glass fuses sometimes will pop, right under the metal cap and the fuse wire
    will look ok.

Re: Toshiba estudio 257 dead machine only gree power light

I was sent out to install the SECOND power supply in two days on a LoireX. I discovered a blown fuse on the power supply. I changed out the fuse and powered up. While it was powering up there was a HUGE SPARKFEST from the fuser. Apparently, the last person to rebuild the fuser hadn't quite got the "C" clip completely onto the roller, and it was shorting out the lamps. I installed my last fuse, and returned with the second new power supply unopened. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Hated those things. If it popped off just right, those clips would weld themselves to the lamps.

Don't you know it! I just got lucky.

It was fuse F101, 20A (15 amp holds, if it's not a dead short). I would definitely check that first. =^..^=
