It's sad but once Toshiba was Japanese and Xerox was American... apparently not anymore.

... nothing has changed in the ownership of both corporations. Toshiba Tec is Japanese and Xerox is American.

Toshiba Tec, Xerox and Sharp have partnered with Lexmark to relabel their A4 machines while putting their own unique twists on the product they offer for distribution. Konica Minolta did the same for awhile.

It is the way of the future. In approx two years, Ricoh and Toshiba Tec will offer the same A3 print engines.

.... the Xerox C415 is very similar to the Toshiba e409CS. Both are a relabelled Lexmark with modified LCD panels. The Xerox has an extensive app gallery. The Toshiba has eBridge Global print.

The Xerox C415 is a relabelled Lexmark and very similar to the Toshiba e409CS.

Are you proud with that, after all Lexmark was bought by Chinese and now you're telling us Toshiba (Japan company) is making Chinese clones. That's quite reverse engineering and I trust them zero.

Toshiba has been manufacturing product in China for decades like most of the print industry.

Copier OEMs like Xerox, Toshiba and Sharp relabelling other OEM's products is common.

Lexmark has not been directly accused of violating any export laws in any country.

It does cost some extra time.

In Canada, e3505AC K Developer cost $160.53 CMY Developer cost $686.61 each from the OEM.

On the e3515AC and e3525AC, the Developer cost even more.

By several hundred, do you mean 200 to 300 skyshots with max toner on the page?

Yes, about 300. I place a letter size paper on lead edge of platen glass about 2 inches to keep from jamming when running sky shots.
