Toshiba e-studio 2523a Printer Job removed from queue without printing

    All,
My print job submitted from MacBook Pro Big Sur 11.7 always gets removed from the printer queue without being printed at all.
The printer seems to feel that my MacBook Pro is being connected to it, but I'm not sure why it did not print.
P.S. The printer does work on Windows computers. I think this problem is related to the Mac system driver.
More information on the printer e-studio 2523a is here Toshiba Tec e-STUDIO2523A/2523AD/2823AM series/2829A series

    Any ideas?

I can print a test page from the server to the printer fine. client machine - windows 7 sp1 print server - 2008 R2 sp1 can someone please advise what the issue could be as am lost with troubleshooting? Thanks

... Microsoft no longer supports Windows 7. If this is the only computer unable to print to the copier, time for the user to get a new computer.

It is not your job to support discontinued product.

Could be a SMB1 issue posing a secrity threat.
