e479S 840.02 Error

We recently replaced a e478S with a new e479S.

The customer is getting 840.02 error messages on the screen indicating unstable power supply.

The custome is aware of one outage but this error message is repaeting itself on a regular basis.

I am going to suggest a Tripp Lite Line Conditioner.

Any other thoughts?

We had a few where the esp surge box will start to go bad. They would work for the most part but would periodically click off then back on.
