Sad seems like this tech page is going down the tubes with helping fellow technicians since I've used it last. 🖖🏻Leave a comment:

Re: Toshiba 7508
The e7508A was introduced in Sept 2016 and discontinued in March 2018.
This copier needs to be upgraded to a e7529A to reduce your service calls.Leave a comment:

Re: Toshiba 7508
So there's no solution. Now I get it.
I usually try to address questions as they come up, and there weren't any questions in your post. I don't mind a little snark in the response, but I think I'll just let this one go by, thanks. Good luck. =^..^=Leave a comment:

Re: Toshiba 7508
Thank you for non constructive response. Hopefully you feel better doing so. FYI I've been a technician that works on anything from a-z that uses paper since 1980... That yes sometimes I ask for help. This machine is in a prison in the population. Can't take anything more than a screwdriver 99% of the time an being watched talked to all of the time by prisoners an guards want me out of the machine, area asap
I have worked on copiers in prisons and I know the process is onerous. We eventually got rid of this kind of client for greener pastures.
Why a copier is accessible to any prison population is a big no no by itself. There are lots of sharp metal objects and glass inside a copier. The copier should be in a secure Admin area. I would decline all service until the copier is moved into a safe work area for yourself.Last edited by SalesServiceGuy; 03-29-2024, 10:15 PM.Leave a comment:
