Actually it isn't and still providing very valuable information and help for us technicians.

    Just my opinion.

The e7508A was introduced in Sept 2016 and discontinued in March 2018.

This copier needs to be upgraded to a e7529A to reduce your service calls.

So there's no solution. Now I get it.

I usually try to address questions as they come up, and there weren't any questions in your post. I don't mind a little snark in the response, but I think I'll just let this one go by, thanks. Good luck. =^..^=

... perhaps you have been in the industry for too long because when your first response is to sh*t on responders, this does not make one want to reply.

I have worked on copiers in prisons and I know the process is onerous. We eventually got rid of this kind of client for greener pastures.

Why a copier is accessible to any prison population is a big no no by itself. There are lots of sharp metal objects and glass inside a copier. The copier should be in a secure Admin area. I would decline all service until the copier is moved into a safe work area for yourself.
