Hi all,
We currently have a Toshiba e-STUDIO207L and a Toshiba e-STUDIO2008A in our shop that need to go back to the leasing company. We had to format and overwrite the HDDs due to sensitive information on them and now we need the firmware to reload since they need to be operational upon receipt. We are located in the USA. Would anyone happen to have these 2 firmware files and be willing to share them on MediaFire with us?
The HDDs are 2.5 SATA 320GB MQ01ABU032BW in both machines. Hytec support has instructed us to have the files on USB and turn on the machines holding down 4 and 9 but they did not have firmware.
Are there any potential pitfalls to be aware of?
We would be most appreciative. Thank you in advance.
