How to Reset to Factory Default in Toshiba E-Studio 281c

How to reset to factory default for a end of lease copier machine of Toshiba E-Studio 281c, and clearing system log file from the machine for the purpose of start over from the begining.

I formated the HDD in order to clear all data but I lost everything including control panel. Did you try logs delete by using setting....
