when you touch the admin tab (user function > admin) touch the word password then enter the password.

I touch the word password then the password nothing go ahead and others machine after and before touching the password go ahead another idea ?

Maybe recalibrate the touch screen then try touching password again

agree with Claudio,
sometimes the touch screen is not sensitive. calibrate touch screen - [08] - 692, touch the two ends with a pen

if that doesnt work, try going into Top Access admin
