    Toshiba 3511

    Hi! I`m new in photocopiers and stuff like this, but i have some questions :
    - can anyone tell me, for example how can i reset the administrator password on a toshiba studio 3511
    - how can i upgrade the firmware?
    -where can i download the drivers
    - and where can i download the firmware, cause the company where i work has bought the Toshiba used , and i dont know what should i do to change the language (i can change it, but after the reboot it turns back to german ) and config for network usage.


    For the moment these were my questions     .

      First if you are new to copiers this not the machine to start on. It is a labor intensive machine.
      As to upgrading firmware it is done via usb thumb drive. The instructions are based on the version that is currently on there and what version you are trying to load. This steps are included in the full zip file.
      The drivers can be found at Toshiba America, Inc. and goto office copiers and search.
      the firmware can only be downloaded by an authorized dealer.
      as to network settings these are found under user function>admin>password (default is 123456)>network
      the language has to do with the firmware so use the correct one for where you are located.
      The password by default is 123456 and can be changed in 08 mode 263 code.
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!
