customer wants me to wipe out hard drive before they trade it in?

    Can someone provide the part number for this OverWrite Kit?
    I want to research what they cost and can they be used on other manufacturers copiers.

      The part number is GP 1060 for eb2 and GP 1070 for eb3
      Wont work on other brands as it plugs into the sysytem board on the Toshibas, not the ordinary USB ports, this is how the MFD recognises it.
      Some days, it's just not worth chewing through the restraints

          Its all getting ugly

          had two calls today from big corporate customers requesting details /service histories to find out if any hdds have been changed @ their sites and what we did with the old ones
          scary!!!
