Firmware for e-studio 450 needed badly

hello every body
E-STUDIO 450 is making error code F100, when I entered 0+8 then power on then 690>2>start it makes wait then system error.
i know that i have to change hdd. okay , also firmware should be applied
so kindly download the firmware to my mail.
also instructions for how to install this firmware to machine .
can i make ghost copy from the bad hard disk to another new hdd
then install the new hard is that solve the problem?
