Hi all,
I could use some info on reseting printer color calibrations, and calibrating the scanner density.
I just picked up a 3100c. Did some clean up and inspection, and it looked real nice.
Output colors were a little off, so I did a color calibration from the command workstation software.
And, apparently the scanner is way wonky (scans really light), and now I'm stuck with this calibration that is printing REALLY dark.
Read through what manuals I have, and online, and can find no way to revert back to it's factory, or even previous color calibration.
All the calibrations in the service manual involve me outputting a target and scanning.
So Im sort of stuck here.
I found no reference to scanning a target to calibrate the scanner itself, well, and if there was, I have no target.
Any help / way out of this?
