[Dead] Estudio 45 wrench in display and call technician

Have old customer with Estudio 45 and he had a paper jam. Customer removed paper jam and machine display came up with a wrench and call service technician with #355127(which I believe is the print count). Machine down. Appreciate your help on this. Can not enter 08 mode either.
