    [Misc] Toshiba E-Studio 3500c - Black or Blank Copies/Prints

    I have a Toshiba E-Studio 3500c that is giving black copies from the glass and document feeder and when printing the counter report or from a computer its giving out blank copies.
    Any and all suggestions are greatly needed.

      Check the corona's for a broken nipple on the rear of the unit.
      Also check the memory is installed correctly.
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

          Solved a similar problem, with new memories(main memory).
          Anything else not worked.
