    Tosh 2500-c getting EO11 codes.

The book says this code is caused from paper clinging to the transfer belt. It does this from all drawers about once in twentyfive copies. When I open the side registration door to clear the jam the paper is behind the transfer roller. Cant figure out what is causing the paper to go behind transfer roller. If anyone has any help or suggestions I would appreciate it. Thanks

Mine also mainly does it when duplexing too. Someone told me to bend the separation comb guide, also has the clinging sensor in it, bend it as close to the transfer roller as you can get. I did that and now the machine has been working. At least have not heard from cust in 4 days. I was not able to bend it much, did not think it was going to do anything but it seemed to work.

I forgot to ask you did you just bend the comb itself or did you try to reshape the steel bracket some as well?

You will probably need to replace 6le24385000. 13-tr-unit-1 item number 29. also the mylar that attaches to it, item 33. This has fixed all of our e011 errors.

Also check the transfer roller itself if it's the old style it will cause that, put it on a flat surface (like a table) and roll it you will notice some bending or the rubber start separating from its base

Thanks for the extra suggestions guys. If I have to go back on this machine or see this code again I will have more ideas to go on.

Moving the transfer comb closer helped...doesnt jam as frequently but it still jams, all the 2nd transfer settings in 05 mode are withinh default range...the saga continues!

Toshiba modded those parts Meach mentioned for jamming issues. They have changed the shape in the guide where the actuator goes through.

here is the BSI number G08H978 with the info on the part.
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.

In 05 Mode it says its un adjustable...I think the copier re-adjusts it frequently... we have tried 3 different doors off machines here in the shop...diffrent transf belt assy , swapped the HVT assy tried some 24lb paper it does it from all cassettes ..I am waiting for the paper guide mod and mylare sheet to come from Toshiba, anyone got any other ideas to try in the meantime lol!

The TR2 chargle will adjust, in relation to the amount of work it has done (in pm support). Maybe try to reset the codes relating to the transfer side of things? see what happens. I have never had this fault and am curious to know the fix. Hope you find fix and post
