My copier has a problem that, the copied paper somtime still line on the output transfer belt, then my copier tell an erro and stop copying, Who can tell me the way to fix that problem ? thank alot.

when i've had that happen, it's usually been one of the rollers within the transfer belt ass'y having a locked bearing which causes the belt to not turn properly...hope this helps..Comment
