e-studio 280 drawers not function

hello, in e-studio 280 when you select any drawer , you hear strong noise and copier make add paper
though its full , manual bypass is the only working, can you send me solution or service page of the paper feed section , you are so good

check gears in lift drive gear box sometimes a stud snaps and you can fix with a self tapping screw

Yeah, definately the tray lift motors. They are very common to go in these machines and others from Toshiba.

Pull the rear cover off and you should be able to see a white box down in the bottom left. This is the motor and gearbox for the paper tray lift.

Normally only the lift motor harness problem, where the black color wire easily broken, resolder/modify it, it should run fine...
Or, gear/casing broken...

You can open the rear side of the machine, you can see paper lift motor at below
Take it out and check the gear in side.

Today only i encountered similar issue on e232, gears & motor ok, but the casing that holding the small gear is broken ~~~
