Estudio 550 and 810

hi all;

I have an estudio 550 and also an estudio 810. Both machines need new hard drives. Both machines have 2 hard drives mounted. I cannot seem to obtain or find the software for re installing the system on these hard drives anywhere. I would prefer to be able to just copy an image of the drives onto the new ones if possible. If anyone has these machines, can I please request a copy of the hard drives so I can get my machines running?

On this model the one drive (connected to sys pwb) only needs to be formatted (clear + 3 choose format option) the other drive (inside the controller) will need the o/s reloaded.
The o/s reload takes 2 cd's. One is the partition cd that sets the drive up, the other is the actual operating system. These are too big to email.

thanks for clarification on the 2 different drives, it makes sense. I'm in touch with manuals4you, i'm trying to get firmware CD.

Dear friend! i think two model the firmware is the same.
You change new HDD, and then use USB to update firmware to your machine.

This series seems no need to update firmware/software when changing new HDD...
Just hooked the new HDD, make partition & format the drive...That's what i did...
