hi, i have e-161 copy the text covered with black copy, i cleaned the process unit, check the scanner cable, and cleaned the scanner mirror. What are the problem? any help please.

Maybe poor contacts on the dev.unit.
Try to clean them all or treat them with sandpaper.

That sounds like a charge unit problem. Try with a new one.
