    [Misc] E studio 3510c E-Filing problem

    hi there.... i have problem with my e studio 3510c. when i use scan message will appear HDD spaces is nearly full. change already hard disk 80gb. but its still appear the message. but scan can receive in pc.

    my E-Filing also cant use. when choose e filing. screen didnt change. can someone help me..

      There are only 13GB is allocated for E-Filing, which is the specs of this machine....

          Delete some old files from the HDD of the machine.

          If the drive is full, then the drive is full.

          didi2005 is also correct in saying that there is only a certain ammount of space allocated to certain functions regardless of having a 80GB drive or a 1TB drive installed in the machine.
          Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
