    Hi!
While we wait for a qualified Toshiba tech to show up, let us get some of the basics out of the way.
What is the condition of the feed unit components? Specifically, if that machine has a separation roller, are there any flat spots on it? (If you hold the separation roller up to the light, any lines you see on the roller indicate flat spots, which will cause intermittent misfeeds.)
Next, Make sure that the machine understands you are feeding the size of paper that is loaded in that drawer. If there are paper size sensors or a dial or lever that needs to be set so that the machine recognizes the paper size, make sure they are clean and set properly.
And finally, and probably the least useful because you most likely have done this already, take all the paper out of that drawer and make sure that there isn't a few sheets at the bottom of the stack that have a corner folded under.
Well, that is all I've got. Hopefully a Toshiba tech will show up and give you more help soon. Still, good luck!
