E Studio 280 with one time E010 error.

This Toshiba almost always jams the first piece of paper in the morning past the fuser. It gets curled up in the exit area. It is passing through the fuser. Error code says it is E010. It will only do it once in the morning. It won't repeat the rest of the day. I've had them leave the jam for me to see, yet I can't find what may be causing it. It's not crunched up, just rolled up past the fuser pawls before the exit rollers. Anyone have a clue? Is the exit motor stalling...once!

Sounds like a gummy fuser exit drive assembly. I've had a few of them get so sticky that they barely turn. The problem would be worse when the machine is first turned on, not enough time to heat the sticky grease. Take the fuser exit assembly out and clean all the gears and shafts, that might fix the problem.
