Couldn't find the first post for this I started.
Here's what's up.
E73 exit path paper jam
I found the the sensor voltage was stuck at 3.4vdc. So it thought
paper was there all the time. Sensor replaced, now it the voltage
swings from .09 to 5.1vdc. This was measured at the connector.
Next, it made a vibration noise when the second sheet fed.
I found the first set of 3 feed rollers on one shaft rubbing on the
plastic guide because it was bent as was the brace above it.
Unbented everything and now I can see skew.
The skew is coming from the printer part. On LTR paper
the part of the page closest to the front of the machine
as it exits is off to the right about 3mm.
Not much but it shows up.
I have always had trouble understanding the adjustment for this
part of the machine.
Any advice?
