[Misc] 5520c making loud quealing noise coming from TB2

I got a loud quealing noise from a 5520c and yes I rebuilt the fuser drive. The noise is coming from TB2 roller removed transfer belt assy. When I turn it by hand I hear the noise. Not sure if I can clean it or do I have to replace the roller TB2 or just clean the two collars it sits in.

Is it the facing roller inside the belt or the black 2nd transfer roller on the right door that is squealing? If it's the roller on the door making the noise under the front plastic bearing holder there is a ground strap that will squeal bad, put conductive grease on the roller shaft where it contacts the strap.
