    Windows 7 cannot connect to toshiba es723

    i have a es723, but I cannot view share folder and printers when command run \\Ip(es723) form windows 7

    my es723 have firmware version 1.04
    F/W ver T390SY0E329
    M-Rom ver 390M-16
    S-Rom ver 390S-05

    Are you have latest Version ? The latest version can use to windows 7?
    my notebook cannot see Folder Share Scanner and cannot printing , how can I do?

      Log into the machine web page under the admin tab .there should be a setting to disable digital signing.You should be able to see the share on the w7 machine after this setting is disabled

          Ensure that the SMB settings are correctly set.

          You can turn off the just the folder share or the folder and print shares. Typically you can do this via the control panel or the web interface and the network settings.
          Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

              when I did windows XP, PC connected good.
              but windows 7 cannot, PC apprear permisssion.
              allso I have es452 and Window 7 PC shared and connected

              can you help?

                      Update the firmware and maybe format the HDD.
                      Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
