To shiva e-Studio 3520c keeps saying processing job

Hi I have a Toshiba e-Studio 3520c, when ever I print the machine keeps taking its time to print out in the job status screen, it even asks me to reboot the machine or I need to reboot the machine to get the network to initialize. Or sometime it runs fine all day. Any suggestions?

I'd try connect via crossover to confirm whether its the network of machine that is slow. Firmware upgrade help me with the same issue on a on an eStuidio 2820c.

From memory, it's a combination of firmware, old drivers and a newer OS such as Windows 7.
Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
