    toshiba e 350 touch screen divided

    toshiba e 350 touch screen divided to 2 lights black and white and nothing appears but the touch still responding . thanks for any helps

    If you've re-seated the connectors, then you've done all you can do...Replace the control panel screen. Emujo

      the control panel screen 2 part, you need only replace touch Glass with green cable.

          A common fault in these units was the installation of a Fax Unit which pinched the black wires (which lead to the Control Panel) behind the Fax box, another reason was if the Platen Glass Cover had been removed & replaced would also pinch the Braided Control Panel Cable.
